About Me

I am passionate about demystifying therapy and making it an accessible process for adults interested in making changes in their life. I strive to be open and authentic with clients, but I also believe it is important to remain neutral and respect boundaries. I believe in the power of collaboration and play as a way of establishing a feeling of safety.

With any new client, I spend time exploring what helps them feel creative. No experience with art making is necessary in order to be successful in art therapy. Because my practice incorporates a mixed style of therapy, I draw from many evidence-based practices in order to support my client’s goals. In a session, I may include practices from the following types of therapy:
